No Sore Muscles After a Hockey with Sonopathy
Wednesday and Saturday this week, I played ice hockey for the first time in 1.5 years. Normally that means, I’ll be very sore the next day, for at least 2-3 days.
I thought, that’ll be a great test for the Sonopathy Injury Balance.
Wednesday night I put the Injury Balance together with the Sleep and Time Zone Balance on my iPod and let it play all night. The earphones attached to my lower abdominal area.
Saturday night I put the earphones on me for just over an hour.
Both days, I had no sore muscle in my body. I could feel that I’d worked out, but no soreness. Normally it would have been “difficult” to get in and out of the car, or, out of bed for that matter.
Not this time. The Injury Balance is suggested to help the body “balance” lactic acid and help balance depleted minerals and start the recovery process immediately.
